Pedals de Foc is not a competition, although there are some controls in some points of the trip.The target is finishing the ride having as much fun as possible.
All bikers will take with them all the necessary personal gear to acomplish the activity, as well as a well working bike and tools.
Before starting the ride, all bikers will have to go to Pedals de Foc in Vielha (c./Arnals 8) to pick up the roadbook and presents.
Everyone finishing the ride with all controls stamped, will be able to pick up form Pedals de Foc in Vielha the Pedals de Foc exclusive maillot.

Pedals the Foc is not a very hard ride for the bikes. Anyway, mountain bikes are mandatory. In guided activities, the day before starting, all bikes will be inspected. The organisation have the right to consider a bike non suitable for the ride.
Taking care of the environment is a priority. The driving shloud be as less agressive as possible, do not litter and always follow the Park rules and land proprietors.

In guided activities, all bikers will always follow the guide suggestions. No exceptions.
Pedals de Foc is an outdoor activity with some adventure in it. Bad weather, if not exteme, is not a reason to suspend the activity.
Is important to take care with weight and volume while preparing your luggage for the ride. You will have to carry everything. It exists the possibility to have the luggage carried by the organisation (reservations chapter)
